Schedule your session a minimum of 2 weeks in advance.

It will take up to 10 business days for digital delivery via email.

You can reserve your appointment with a non-refundable deposit of 40% of your total session.

If the deposit is not sent within a maximum of 48 hours after the photographer sends the payment methods, the agreed upon date becomes available and the photographer may sell it to another client.

Reservations can be moved without additional charges 72 hours before your session.

An additional fee of 25% of the total chosen package will be charged for date changes made in less than 72 hours of your session. In case of cancellation in less than 72 hours, the deposit will not be refunded and your session will be lost.

Please be on time. Remember that the photographer works with appointments. Your session begins at the agreed time and will end at the time determined by the package chosen. If you arrive late, that time will be subtracted from your session time. If you arrive after your session time, and if the photographer can do it, the session may be done with an additional charge of 20% of the total of the chosen package.

The photographer may leave if the client does not arrive on time and/or does not contact the photographer and the client will lose their reservation and deposit.

Golden Light Photography grants its clients permission to print their digital images at any location but is not responsible for the image quality of the print (colors, focus, contrasts, etc).

Golden Light Photography reserves the right to print and publish in visual media (Web Pages, Social Networks) of any photograph only for personal and promotional use.

Image copyright remains the property of Golden Light Photography. You may not modify the digitals in any way or use them for commercial purposes without written permission from Golden Light Photography.

By scheduling a session with Golden Light Photography it is understood that the client agrees with the clauses of the service provided.
